Position Summary:
The Bureau of Environmental Services (BES) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Capital Project Manager (Engineer III) to join our Project Management Office (PMO) within the Major Projects Division. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering our most significant and technically complex capital infrastructure projects as part of the Capital Improvement Program (CIP). These projects encompass a wide range of environmental services, including wastewater, stormwater, and water management, and employ various delivery methods. You will manage projects ranging from $10M to $125M, requiring strong collaboration, communication, analysis, and risk management skills.

What you'll get to do:

• Lead a diverse array of projects aimed at protecting the environment.
• Develop and oversee major upgrades, rehabilitations, and new construction projects related to wastewater treatment and pumping systems, collection system projects, stormwater facilities, surface water restoration, and non-process facility construction.
• Lead the progression of technical scopes, spearhead requests for proposals and their subsequent selections, oversee procurement, and engage in contract negotiations.
• Provide comprehensive project management, for cost, schedule and quality control.
