What you'll get to do: 
Support for Decision-Making Processes:

• Collaborate closely with the Bureau's leadership team and various business functional teams to establish objectives and key priorities, ensuring that action items and processes are aligned with these priorities and the overall direction.
• Identify information requirements and synthesize valuable insights from the leadership team, utilizing a range of collaborative tools and incorporating effective methods to enhance transparent and efficient decision-making processes.
• Aid the Bureau's leadership team in maintaining effective governance, managing meetings, and decision-making practices, while remaining adaptable to changing environment.
• Assist and oversee the entire process of ordinance approval and other processes, from initial topic development to presentation preparedness.
