Develop, implement, support and evaluate Citywide diversity, equity, inclusion and employee engagement initiatives. Work in partnership with departments to implement systemic change through policies and practices. Create processes that remove barriers within the City and its programs and operations; establish learning programs designed to increase awareness and support of diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural proficiency in the organization.
