The City of Casper is seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking Sanitary Sewer & Stormwater Manager to provide leadership and strategic direction for essential infrastructure and utility operations serving the Casper community.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced utility, wastewater, stormwater, or public works professional who is ready to lead skilled operational teams and help shape the future of Casper's infrastructure. The Manager oversees sanitary sewer collection and stormwater operations while providing leadership in staffing, budgeting, regulatory compliance, capital improvements, safety, and long-term operational planning.

The Opportunity
The Sanitary Sewer & Stormwater Manager will:
• Lead sanitary sewer collection and stormwater operations, including collection systems, drainage systems, and pump stations
• Provide leadership and development for skilled operational employees
• Manage operational planning, staffing, budgets, and capital improvement priorities
• Support regulatory compliance and maintain strong safety practices
• Develop and implement operational goals, policies, procedures, and performance expectations
• Coordinate with contractors, regulatory agencies, City departments, and community stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, infrastructure reliability, efficiency, and service delivery
